１環境の用意
２サインアップ
- まず、S3（シンプルストレージサービス）にサインアップ
Amazon S3 home page and click the "Sign up for this service" button
クレジットカードの情報を入力しサインアップを行う。EC2も、アカウントはS3と共有しているらしい。
- あたらめて、EC2にもサインアップ Signing up for Amazon EC2

↑こちらのページにいって
Sign Up For Web Service" ボタンを押して、EC2にサインアップする。
